**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Planner to join our Industrial Team in Rowville. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for the management of the Maintenance program. The performance of our operation relies heavily on a well-managed program, therefore this role is pivotal to the success of the plant maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing preventative maintenance schedules for all assets
- Coordinating with Production Planning on shutdown times and durations
- Preparing maintenance schedules, work orders and performance KPI’s
- Identifying trends and opportunities to improve asset availability by analysis of manufacturing and engineering performance data
- Planning and scheduling day to day maintenance activities and resources utilising SAP
- Contractor supervision and management
- Assist maintenance manager with capital projects and other departmental duties, as required.

**About You**
- Trade qualified (mechanical or electrical trade)
- Experience in reliability focused maintenance in a Dairy or FMCG environment
- Expert of maintenance planning using SAP as the maintenance planning systems
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, both internal and external.

The successful applicant must be pro-active, have well developed communication skills and highly developed organisational and time management skills.
