In the role of Club Marine Partner Supervision and Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager Supervision & Monitoring to develop, deliver and monitor partner compliance plans to meet regulatory expectations and internal policies and support the effective distribution of Club Marine’s pleasure craft insurance.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Managing partner reporting on the Monitoring and Supervisory framework to identify areas for focus and compliance outcomes.
- Promoting a strong risk-aware culture through aligning and meeting the organisational risk appetite statement (RAS) to support the business and inform decision making to achieve business objectives.
- Drafting, revising, implementing, promoting and improving monitoring and compliance policies and practices regarding Insurance and Compliance Codes of Practice and Legislation.
- Supporting the Distribution team to educate partners on Allianz compliance and regulatory obligations, including the development, delivery and monitoring of partner compliance plans that meet company and regulatory compliance requirements.
- The role will take a lead as a genuine partner to the business and Compliance Team advising the business to ensure operational and compliance risks are appropriately managed, assessed and closed.
- Supporting the Partner Distribution business by completing any system testing or UAT required as part of a key project or system enhancement.
- Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders with significant partner interaction with being confident in negotiating timeframes and outcomes

- Possess an understanding of internal controls, processes, procedures and standards.
- Demonstrate sound business acumen, business planning and project management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence business partners to provide the best outcomes.
- Strong data analytical skills to convert risk and incident data into meaningful management information.
- Ability to provide accurate and timely delivery of analysis for management decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools and software (excel, etc.).
