**Who are we looking for?**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on various general aviation aircraft.
- Conduct thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as necessary.
- Mechanical maintenance including minor repairs or modifications.
- Mechanical inspections including repairs or modifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years mechanical experience in general aviation.
- Hold a Trade Certificate IV (Mechanical) and CASA B1.2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
- Proven experience in general aviation maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and mechanics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly skilled at troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to follow supervisory direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consistent positive and proactive attitude.
- Passion for safe work practices.
- Valid work visa.
- Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain).
- Current Australian Driver's licence.
**Shifts**:
- Monday to Friday day shift - 3 month requirement.
