With a clear mission, they seek to empower, connect, and support people with neuromuscular conditions and effectively advocate for the neuromuscular community.
**ROLE**
As Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of MDNSW through grant writing, major donor prospect research and partnership development
In this varied role, you will also help cultivate and manage partnerships with corporates, network, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with other non-profit/community organisations to establish joint initiatives, share resources and knowledge.
The role will suit an experienced grants/partnerships coordinator looking to broaden and further develop their fundraising experience, work across different revenue streams and join an organisation at an exciting time of growth and investment, while knowing you work has a positive impact on the neuromuscular community
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Effective grant writing, major donor prospect research and partnership development.
- Cultivating and managing partnerships with corporates and businesses.
- Networking and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with nonprofit community to establish partnerships and joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with Head of Fundraising and CEO to cultivate and steward relationships with major donors.
- Maintain donor records, report on fundraising results to Head of Fundraising.
- Track budgets and maximise resources in collaboration with Shared Services team.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- A few years’ experience in a partnerships/grants coordinator role.
- Extensive copy writing, storytelling, communications, and strong relationship management experience.
- Ability to work in small dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Practical exposure to disability desirable but not essential.
- FIA membership desirable but not essential.
- Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Worker Check.
- Current driver’s license.
- Up to date Covid-19 vaccination.
