Our College is currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor for the CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment in CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
- Workplace assessment and marking of theoretical units in the above qualification

**Essential Criteria**:

- Applicants must be aligned with our company values - Professionalism, Team, Quality, Trust and ensure the students get the best experience as they go on their learning journey with ACOS
- Hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
- MUST HAVE the Diploma of Community Services or higher
- Working With Children
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Self-driven, results oriented individual with ability to critically assess own performance
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
- Performs well under pressure
- Positive and professional attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour
