We have an exciting opportunity for a person with a solid mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic to join our team.

The main objective of the role is to maintain, repair and to set the equipment for different jobs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, with a focus on upholding safety and maximising production. Experience with inventory control as well as directing/motivating staff would be beneficial.

To be successful, you need to have the following:

- Strong mechanical skills or experience.
- Good fabrication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Enjoy being part of a team environment, but can work unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexibility, to show initiative, and be proactive
- Participate in rotating call out and shifts during times of peak seasonal demand and as required
- An uncompromising attitude towards Health & Safety
- Limited or full electrical licences desirable but not essential
- Fibre Packaging or production machinery knowledge advantageous
- Forklift licence preferred but not a deal breaker.
