It is this simple..we need people who:

- Have a genuine interest in working with trees
- Are capable of being on their feet all day, doing physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, planting and harvesting, etc
- Will work in the varying elements of the good old Australian winter and summer
- Won’t shy away from hard work and will bring a great attitude to the workplace every day
- Can demonstrate that they have worked in an equally demanding role

This full-time permanent role is based in Neerim and will include horticulture duties such as pruning, harvesting and propagation of trees.

Hours are generally Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm with Friday finishing at 12:30pm. This role is not close to public transport so it is essential that you have a reliable mode of transport in order to be considered.
