Report to Leading Hand of Polishing you will be responsible for the following:
**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Use Water based Finishes
- Work with 2 Pac Finishes
- Work with Oil based Finishes
- Sanding and cutting back of timber pieces
- Use of sandpapers and electric sanders to ensure a quality finish on pieces

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Computer literate
- Read and interpret work documents
- Enjoy practical and manual activities
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong work ethic
- Good hand-eye co-ordination

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Apprenticeship in Polishing (not essential)
- Have past experience in polishing or sanding
