**Responsibilities**:

- Complete Field Service assignments to meet the satisfaction of the customer ensuring delivery that is in line with timelines, costs and labour as quoted; achieve quality standards
- Provide an exceptional service experience to our customers.
- Ensure that Work Authority forms have been completed prior to job commencement
- Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to and report problems to management
- Provide job parts lists & Labour estimate to the Service Coordinator to enable effective & efficient job quotes.
- Provide quality/detailed service reports to the Service Coordinator at the completion of each task/job

**Required Skill and Experience**:

- Trade/Engineering qualification or similar
- Sound mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic ability
- 3+ years post trade experience
- Marine Background preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent people and customer service skills
