**THE OPPORTUNITY**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our high-performing Credit Team.

This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills to ensure debts due to PACCAR Financial are paid in a timely manner, all processes are streamlined for efficiency and team members are appropriately skilled for their roles.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, liaising with customers to clear overdue payments.
- Monitor assigned retail customer accounts to ensure Past Dues are minimised.
- Prepare monthly collections strategy and review customer payment trends.
- Recommend issuance of Letters of Demand and Repossession Notices as appropriate.
- Undertake skip tracing to confirm borrower’s current address, when and where the asset is stored to increase the Repossession Agent’s chances of recovering the asset.
- Partner with cross functional teams to identify development solutions/training and streamline processes.
- Assist Manager with regular follow up and management reporting of customer residual debts following loan foreclosures.
- Prepare aged trial balances to be presented and assist in coordinating repossession activities.
- Monitor transactions and customer interaction for any signs of suspicious activity.

- Demonstrated positive stakeholder management capability.
- Superior problem-solving skills and people skills.

- Ability to think on your feet and display patience.
