**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Functional Assessor to join our team on a full-time basis to provide and undertake physical capacity assessments and administration support relating to WHS and our recruitment process. This is a dual role with variety, and we are prepared to train the right person to ensure a perfect fit for our team.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate and undertake functional assessments and analyse medical reports
- Train staff and employees in manual handling
- Assess the client worksite to assess the physical requirements of a job in the workplace
- Conduct Safety Site Inspections
- Assist with Injury Management and RTW
- Consultation with management, staff, and clients regarding functional assessment results and requirements
- Maintaining the functional assessment procedures and documentation
- May include support for the Recruitment Team

**To be successful you will need the following**:
Qualifications in Health Sciences & Allied Health (Degree) in one of the below, or similar
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Exercise Physiology
- Exercise Science (Exercise Sports Science)
- Registered Nurse

**Skills**:

- Intermediate Microsoft office capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- An effective problem solver
- A proactive approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
