**Client Details**

Our client, a Japanese airline is seeking a Cargo Agent at Sydney International Airport. This is a full-time permanent role. You will be responsible for coordinating daily cargo operations and supporting flight operations or passenger handling.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities and duties**:

- Coordinate import and export logistics.
- Calculate load weight.
- Direct ground handling crew in the loading and unloading.
- Ensure company standards, policies and procedures regarding safety and security are met.
- Perform tracking activities for damaged, lost and missing freight.
- Control equipment inventory (i.e., Unit Load Device)
- Provide support to flight schedule and operation or passenger handling.
- Other duties as requested.

**Profile**

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Similar experience in cargo and flight operations
- Working hours are from 4:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and possess flexibility
- Japanese language skill will be highly regarded but not a must
- Computer literate
- Must have Driver's License
