- Department of Health are seeking Workforce Strategists to join their newly established Culture and Wellbeing team.At the Department of Health, we are proud of our people and the service we provide for our community. Working as a Workforce Strategist within People and Culture, you will be responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities for a range of projects within the One Health Culture Program.

**The role**:
The Workforce Strategist is responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of projects that support the Department’s strategic workforce activities.

The Workforce Strategist works closely with a broad range of stakeholders in the delivery of accurate and reliable advice, targeted programs, complex and high value projects and policy in order to support the Department’s workforce strategies and projects.
- Coordinate, contribute to, and implement projects and strategic activities designed to support the One Health Culture Program and the Department’s strategic workforce activities.
- Provide strategic workforce and project advice on a range of projects that support the Department’s strategic workforce activities.
- Prepare high level correspondence, reports, and submissions for senior management.
- Develop and manage project documentation including communication plans, risks and issues registers, as required.
