- As a Hospital Aide you will assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment and adequate stock supply (excluding drugs) to enable clinical staff to deliver a high standard of care to patients in the ward/unit.**The Role**

You will be under the general supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager, Assistant Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant or Departmental Manager. As a Hospital Aide you will assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment and adequate stock supply (excluding drugs) to enable clinical staff to deliver a high standard of care to patients in the ward/unit.
- Newly established clinical unit at the Royal Hobart Hospital
- Some flexibility in hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
- Similar experience is highly desirable as this is new position in a newly established clinical unit.

It is expected the role will have direct contact with blood, body substances or infectious material which needs to be considered in tasks undertaken.
