**About the role**:
Within this role, you will be responsible for the accurate day-to-day planning of all Secondary Freight from Victorian DC’s to stores, ensuring all planning is aligned to store window guidelines.

**The Opportunity:
**Who we’re looking for**:
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building and managing stakeholder relationships, as well as:

- Performing daily transport planning activities,s in our Transport Management System (TMS)
- Planning of all orders Types, IWT’s, 3PL (Lineage) Regional customers, and Primary Connect load tenders
- Communicating all planning changes to the DC and 3PL (Lineage)
- Collating and accuracy of all NDC and LDC cross dock pallets, in TMS
- Investigating any causes and such associated impacts to safety, cost or service performances

**We’re seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual for the challenging role of Transport Planner.**
- Have exposure to the Transport & Logistics industry (preferred)
- Understanding of transport allocation and/or fleet controlling including load planning
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates effective problem solving skills
- Have excellent systems and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new system
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Have excellent knowledge of the metropolitan area
