**About the role**:
It is an exciting time to be part of the energy industry and especially at Powerlink, as we help shape the renewable energy transformation in Queensland and Australia.

In this critical project delivery role, you will quickly have to establish yourself as the on-site expert in providing construction advice to support successful planning, execution and commissioning of Powerlink Infrastructure projects.

You are the go-to-person for construction technical guidance and the inspection of secondary systems and telecommunications infrastructure works, confirming quality assurance and ensuring compliance with Powerlink’s project delivery standards.

**About You**:
Ideally you are well versed in high voltage power systems particularly secondary systems and/or telecommunications.

You are recognised as an on-site expert in the provision of technical support and advice in the planning and construction of high voltage secondary system and telecommunications infrastructure projects.

You have an Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or significant demonstrated experience in the planning and construction of high voltage secondary systems and telecommunication networks. Leveraging of your experience you will be able to provide technical leadership and coaching to staff and contractors regarding high voltage secondary systems and telecommunications construction works.
