**Who we’re looking for**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Analyse financial information, counterparty credit risk, asset risk and security structure of corporate transactions brought in by the business development and relationship teams;
- Recommend or approve credit decisions within the Credit Approval Limit (CAL) and refer to managers when outside CAL;
- Ensuring deals approved are in line with the Company credit policy;
- Ensure MLA documentation is executed correctly and saved in line with company policy;
- Maintain strong communication flow with stakeholders in the credit process to ensure credit issues are identified and resolved as soon as practicable to enable timely delivery of credit decisions with set SLA’s;
- Facilitate credit risk management through interaction with business development / sales colleagues in a collaborative manner, whilst upholding the independence and objectivity of the credit role and not compromising its integrity;
- Involvement in projects as required to improve credit processes within the business;
**Requirements**:
- Has at least 2 years experience in a similar role - preferably in an Auto-Finance environment;
- Can demonstrate sound financial analysis skills;
- Demonstrates clear credit analysis and credit judgement knowledge;
- Has the ability to fully scope transaction due diligence and proactively seek out the information needed to satisfy risk exposure, as well as customer requirements;
- Is confident in using the Microsoft suite - Excel and Powerpoint in particular;
- Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
