**About the role**
- Contract review & management
- Draft simple clauses, policies
- Conduct commercial contract reviews, due diligence, execution
- Corporate gov and compliance - privacy and modern slavery
- Brief Legal Counsel with regards to risk profile
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are successfully executed
- Contract administration & file management
- Ad hoc tasks and general assistance to Legal Counsel

**About you**
- Law degree
- Experience in a similar role and/ or Paralegal qualification
- 2+ years in-house experience (commercial contracts, medical devices, distributor)
- Contract review experience
- Knowledge of corporate governance & compliance, contract law, product liability concepts, insurance policy knowledge
- Medical devices and/or distribution experience highly desired
