Position: Dental Treatment Coordinator and Customer Relations Specialist

Location: 142 Surrey Road, Blackburn, VIC 3130

**Responsibilities**

**Patient Relations**:

- Welcome and greet patients warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Effectively communicate with patients to understand their dental needs and concerns.
- Answer patient inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
- Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all patients.

**Treatment Coordination**:

- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, costs, and payment options.
- Collaborate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Present treatment plans clearly and concisely, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Guide patients through the treatment acceptance process and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with patients to ensure treatment adherence and overall satisfaction.

**Customer Relations**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of trust.
- Manage patient feedback and complaints, resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Implement strategies to improve patient retention and referrals.
- Foster a supportive and friendly environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Organize and participate in patient appreciation events to strengthen patient relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a customer-facing role within the dental or medical field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry procedures and terminology.
- Proficient in using dental practice management software and technology.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team over multi-locations.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackburn, VIC 3130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
