- **About the Role**:_

At WIC, Brisbane based, we are seeking 1 Trainer/ Assessor to join our team in our **SIT30816** & **SIT40516 Cert 3 & 4 of Commercial Cookery**, to start Term 3 2023.

Shifts available:

- Monday
- Tuesday: 8:45-4:15pm
- **Skills and Experience**:_

Essential:

- TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Vocational competencies to the level of qualification and in the units being delivered.
- Industry experience within the last two (2) years in specific vocational area of teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Understand students' needs and passionate about supporting students
- Proof of Professional Development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training, and learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor
- VET Qualifications in the required field
- Sound knowledge of NVR for RTOs
- Ability to teach and engage International Students
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
