The Delivery Partner Relationship Manager is accountable for performance management, governance, and insights at a Delivery Partner level within the overall Network/Services portfolio.
The role does not have any direct reports, however will rely heavily on relationship and influencing skills to drive change with internal and external partners.
A bit about your role
This role will be responsible for owning the relationship of a Delivery Partner within a defined portfolio of work, drawing on your strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of operational processes, tools and systems, to drive operational performance outcomes through agreed frameworks and risk controls across a balanced scorecard.
With the support of the Partner Performance Specialists, Networks/Services Partner Manager, Quality and Innovation Manager and the Regional Delivery teams, you will be responsible for developing key insights and reporting into Delivery Partner performance, owning risk mitigation strategies and actions, and escalations of both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and our Delivery Partners to ensure our performance targets are achieved, you will take the lead in driving best practice and identifying areas of opportunity whilst ensuring visibility of performance progress / trends and support key initiatives across the broader team and stakeholder group.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you should have experience within an operations environment and any key technologies (systems, products, solutions) used. An understanding of the telecommunications, particularly within the Field Services environment, or comparable industry, is not essential but prefered.
You have a proven experience working with multiple stakeholders at a senior level with ability to drive consensus between stakeholders, and strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.
You have strong experience in managing performance and analysing data to drive process, workflow or behavioural change, and experience in business negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders at senior management levels.
