The Lumus team in St George Private are looking for a Medical receptionist for a maternity leave cover from 13 March 2023 until 29 March 2024, providing customer service and care to patients. 9 day work week with the opportunity to work Saturday shifts

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Communicating with patients and booking appointments over the phone
- Welcoming and processing patients
- Patient information data entry
- Billing patients, both private and Medicare
- Customer service and care
- Make exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management

To be successful in this role:

- Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to multitask
- A professional, patient and courteous manner
