Multiple current vacancies are within Analytics division. Analytics Division is responsible for supporting the integrity of the revenue system by providing advanced data analytics and business intelligence services across QRO and external client groups.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse and document business requirements, using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Model and document current and design future-state business processes using techniques like process flow diagrams, use cases, and activity diagrams.
- Perform data analysis, derive meaningful insights and patterns from diverse datasets, provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business objectives and requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools, including requirements elicitation, process modelling, use case analysis, and user story development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing systems in revenue collection and disbursement, or fines and enforcement management is preferred.
- Good understanding of data modelling, architecture, and data governance principles.
