**WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?**:
- Debriefing couriers at the end of a cycle to record details and address any errors
- Auditing AWB data and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with ops agents, couriers and base supervisors to ensure compliance
- Actioning shipment check point exceptions and advising the causes to the Network Control Group
- Updating and reconciling the Labour Reporting Tool daily with the courier’s information
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks
