We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who also has a creative mind to assist our team across all administration and marketing areas of our business.

This position is a long-term career opportunity. As the business grows, so will your role and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administration
- Providing administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient operation across all areas of the business.
- Handle customer queries/complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
- Organising quote runs for the Sales team.
- Assist the General Manager, Marketing Manager and other office staff with admin duties as required.

Marketing
- Assist the team in the development and execution of marketing strategy, content, campaigns and more including working with and communication with external Marketing Company
- Social media management - strategy, planning and execution.

**About you**:
You must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Exceptional customer service, with a positive and energetic attitude
- Proficient in office management systems (Microsoft Office Suite, XERO)
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Creative flair and problem solving
- Familiarity with marketing tools including but not limited to Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp etc
