**About The Role**
An enthusiastic human resource adviser to Partner with the organisation by delivering efficient and effective people systems and solutions that support the organisation’s strategy. Champion people engagement activities and a values-based culture for the organisation.

The key responsibilities of this permanent, full-time role include:

- Recruitment and on-boarding of employees according to company processes.
- Induction and Probation processes are caried out.
- Ensure all People and Culture Administration is maintained.
- Administer and monitor all mandatory requirements for staff associated with the National Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module and the NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Undertake investigations, disciplinary, performance management, complaints and grievance processes as required.
- Provide guidance, coaching and advice to the Senior Leaders, Coordinators and Team Leaders on HR matters.
- Organisational Development.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant experience in human resource.
- Demonstrated experience in providing people and culture advice and coaching to people at various levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in issues management and investigations, including the implementation of solutions to resolve conflict and underperformance issues.
- Evidence of contribution to the development and implementation of best practice generalist HR policies and procedures.
- Hands on experience in the development of contemporary people focused solutions.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in working within the Fair Work Australia industrial relations laws and framework.
- Experience using HRIS and CRM software.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and time management skills to multi-task and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
