Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive Safety/WH&S compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Lead and drive Quality/GMP compliance to uphold product quality standards
- Provide clear and timely communications to relevant teams regarding sanitation protocols and procedures
- Manage and lead the sanitation team, overseeing their daily activities and performance
- Implement and maintain sanitation best practices to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manufacturing and sanitation activities, with a strong understanding of sanitation principles and practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of Safety/WH&S and Quality/GMP compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
