**About The Role**

As the Manager, Environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our environmental strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will lead a small, specialised team of Senior Environmental Advisors and an Environment Analyst, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and collaboration for the business.
- Champion environmental leadership and uphold high standards across the business.
- Manage, mentor, and empower your team to excel and collaborate effectively.
- Lead the Community of Practice for Environmental Personnel and contribute as an SME to the ESG Working Group.
- Manage the development, implementation, governance and maintenance of the business' environmental management system (EMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 14001
- Work closely with Regional Environmental Leads to support their business plan commitments.
- Manage emissions capture and reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the environmental domain.
