Home Instead is a large, privately and locally owned home care organisation in the Illawarra. We provide flexible care to older Australians in their own home. Founded in 2014, Home Instead has experienced incredible growth due to our reputation for providing first class services by our professional and dedicated CAREGivers.

We are seeking reliable, empathetic and compassionate CAREGivers to join our ever growing team of 150. Home Instead Senior Care assist their clients from 1 hour to 24-hours a day 7 days a week. We service Helensburgh to Sussex Inlet and the Southern Highlands region and, due to growth in our business, we are recruiting CAREGivers in the **Shoalhaven region**. If you are successful you will be scheduled to attend client's home near to your location.

Services we provide include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, home help, sleepovers, palliative care, dementia care, companionship and respite. We have a range of hours to suit all CAREGivers including 4-8 hour blocks of care, evening services, weekend services, sleepovers, services to suit school hours.

Essential Requirements:

- An insured, clean vehicle and Drivers Licence is required.
- A smartphone and access to internet.
- COVID Proof of Vaccination (including your booster shot).
- Clear Criminal History check.

Desirable Attributes:

- No certifications or qualifications necessary, however, a Certificate III in Home & Community Care or Aged Care is useful.
- Personal CAREGiving experience will be highly regarded.
- A second language is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $35.26 - $74.31 per hour
