A great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join a fast-paced not-for-profit community health organisation
**About the Company**
Our client is one of the largest health organisations who specialise in providing access to community health over Melbourne's CBD, northern, and western suburbs. This contract is for 4-6 weeks mostly on site.
**About the Role**
This position reports into the Property and Assets Manager and the duties include:
- Oversee receipt and delivery of equipment, maintaining stocktake records and taking action to ensure essential equipment (ie PPE) is maintained at levels to support continuous operations of service delivery.
- Provide key support to key stakeholders and develop full understanding of their roles in order to ensure all projects and progressed and continuity of services at all times.
- Assist with maintaining and administering access control and security systems.
- Assist with resolution of Facilities helpdesk request and enquiries and maintain invoice records and other service documentation related to purchases or work undertaken.
- Undertake specific property and assets projects and other administrative tasks as required by the Property and Assets Manager.
- General administration and office coordination tasks
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar facilities or operations role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, assign priorities and achieve desired outcomes within limited timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of reports and implement process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in the co-ordination of external suppliers.
- Proven administrative and organisational skills with an ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- High level interpersonal skills and ability to support others with to day-to-day problem solving
- An enthusiastic and energetic person who is committed to working collaboratively with the clients, our staff members and other organisations to best achieve these outcomes.
