A modern care home located in Delacombe in south-western Ballarat. Our home consists of five resident communities, each with a dedicated team to look after your care needs. It consists of 144 beds, with dementia and high care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents

**About the Role**

Use your fantastic cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

**Duties**
- Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
- Complete required documentation and reporting
- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering

**Skills and Experience**
- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week

Bupa Villages and Aged Care is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees working within a NDIS facility, in a risk assessed role, must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement.
