The Coordinator Customer and Digital Experience reports to the Manager Customer Experience and Service Innovation and works across the organisation to introduce and enhance solutions that focus on the customer and improve organisational efficiency.
The key functions of this role are:
- Promote a workplace culture centred on continuously improving the ways we work, demonstrating our community first approach.
- Shape process and system enhancements that optimise how we monitor, manage and respond to service requests.
- Lead the development and implementation of Customer Experience policies, procedures and strategies designed to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the delivery of cross-organisational projects, digital initiatives and enhancements aimed at supporting quality exchange of information between Council departments.
To be considered you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business, communications, service design or similar and demonstrated experience in a multi-channel customer service setting with complex processes and systems.
- Experience in identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives and driving organisational change.
- Sound analytical and conceptual skills and evidence of the ability to manage a variety of complex projects under tight time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience in developing reports, presentations and facilitation.
- Strong technical expertise in digital transformation in a customer service environment including knowledge of effective technologies/systems and digital service delivery.
