**The Role**

You will have worked on projects with significant earthworks and a heavy civils aspect, including new builds/refurbishment of regional roads and tailings dams is ideal.

Your professional day to day coordination of field teams, sub-contractors and all client and site requirements will showcase your high level interpersonal skills, leadership of people and the ability to work successfully with all stakeholders on a major project.

You will be fully supported by an experienced leadership and field team who share your commitment and a culture of safety and professionalism. Roles are offered on a FIFO from Perth basis.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of five years’ civil operations and road construction experience including reading plans, oversee surveys, management of risk, variations and site WHS
- Main Roads experience is essential
- Maximising resource efficiency
- Ensuring compliance and accountability
- Be able to work autonomously as part of the team
- Demonstrate and drive Health and Safety initiatives, policies and procedures
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective client relationships and verbally and written communication
- Reliability and able to commit to a FIFO roster from Perth
- Current Drivers Licence
- Must be able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical including DAS
- National Police Clearance
- Full Australian Working rights

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
