**About the Opportunity**

**The Role**

Due to continued growth across the country, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Planning and Reporting Analyst and workforce planning/rostering specialist to join our team.

The Resource Planning and Reporting Analyst supports BMVS, which includes our Clinics, Customer Channels & Operations functions. The role will be responsible for the development, creation and optimisation of workforce planning, data and analytics, forecasting and modelling. The role plays an integral part in ensuring BMVS can be there for our customers in the moments that matter.

You will work closely with leaders across the business from within the Customer Experience team and as part of the Clinics and Central Support Operations (CSO) teams to build strong working relationships to innovate, create and deliver results that positively impact employee wellbeing and customer outcomes. Combined with a strong background in the core elements of forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and data analytics, the role delivers short, medium and long term planning for BMVS.

We want someone who can think flexibly and laterally in problem solving, is open minded and can adapt to the concept of delivering flexible working options and solutions for frontline workforces.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and own the management of people resources including forecasting, scheduling, real-time management and optimisation of the workforce
- Real time focus on agent’s adherence and grade of service (GOS).
- Produce and manage business and stakeholder reporting or presentations.
- Support the delivery of projects, including preparation of business requirements and project plans

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you will require previous experience in workforce planning including experience with Aspect eWFM.
