**YOUR ROLE**

This is an exciting time to be joining our Digital Business division within IAG, we're in full swing of working towards becoming an established digtally mature business, this role is part of the senor leadership team with in the division reporting into the Executive Manager of Digital Customer Experience.

You'll be required to shape and drive the organisation’s customer-centric design vision, creating cohesive and engaging customer experiences across digital platforms by fostering cross-functional collaboration, leveraging data-driven insights and building a versatile and inclusive design team, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and impactful design solutions that drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

A main focus of this role will be to establish and maintain a business-wide design vision for NRMA digital platforms, and engaging customers through compelling and easy-to-use digitally enabled experiences, lead the planning, creation, and execution of the NRMA design system.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive years leading and managing high performing design teams.
- Experience translating strategy, brand and customer promise into consistent end to end experiences for customers
- Proven ability to translate customer and business needs and insights into tangible and actionable work and pipeline opportunities for design teams.
- Excellent coaching skills and a proven track record of building team capability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and posess influencing skills across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and scale a complex pipeline of work.
- Highly skilled in the delivery of artefacts that communicate complex information into easily understood concepts, ideas and solutions
- Future visioning and prioritisation of emergent opportunities with a customer focus
