Tree Planter

IPA are currently recruiting for 2 tree planters for a local council in Bayswater.

**Date Commencing**:ASAP

**Hours of Work**: Monday - Friday Start 6am finish 3pm (opportunity for half an hour overtime every day) with 1 RDO each fortnight.

**Description for works**:
Physically demanding job with assisting in the completion of juvenile tree planting program within streetscapes and public open spaces for the winter period.

**Essential**:

- Adherence to OH&S standards and maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- WA White Card
- Drivers License
- Willing to attend random drug and alcohol screening

**Desirable**:

- Certificate in Horticulture or Arboriculture
- Current MR or HR class driver’s license
- Previous experience planting trees or working in Local Government
- Forklift ticket

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayswater, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
