**The Position**:
Embrace an entry level role as a HR Administrator, stationed onsite five days a week in the western suburbs, covering the afternoon shift and working from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. This dynamic role entails managing a high volume of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, meticulous data entry, and a suite of general office duties within a bustling HR environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing resource manning levels to meet business demands.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the HR Department.
- Compiling weekly HR KPI reports.
- Ensuring unwavering compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Cultivating effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Updating and meticulously maintaining HR records, employee files, and database systems.
- Upholding compliance with the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Assisting in recruitment, induction, and payroll processes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR.
- Prior HR experience highly valued.
- Proficiency in administration and data processing.
- Self-starter with a passion to kickstart their career.
