**Casual / Full-Time**:
Responsible for cataloguing products for internet and auction catalogues in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Reporting to: Head Antiques and Collectables; Head of General Goods - you will work closely with the team to ensure all goods are catalogued & stored in a timely manner.

**Key responsibilities / Job description**
- Research & describe a mix of items from Antiques and collectables to General household goods, jerseys, tools, comics, homewares electronics & more
- Write condition reports, catalogue blurbs, notes, and descriptions
- Arranging and preparing articles for sale, holding, or displaying articles to be auctioned
- Assist with publishing auction catalogues
- Liaise and communicate with the team
- Help the photography team when needed
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Undertake General warehouse/floor duties
- Loading and unloading of goods deliveries
- Assist with the serving of our customers
- Maintain a high level of presentation standards at all times
- Assist with refining processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the day to day running of the Auction Barn
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse complying with Workplace Health and Safety principles
- Comply with all company safety, health & environmental procedures

**Work Environment**: Individuals must be physically fit and process sound communication skills - verbal and written. The job involves manual tasks which include lifting, packing, loading and unloading stock.
