**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Rheumatology Consultant to join their highly skilled team, to shape the future of rheumatology care in our community.

As a Rheumatology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic diseases. Your expertise will be invaluable in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

Exceptional communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential. Experience in a tertiary healthcare setting would be highly advantageous.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.

The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.

Lyell McEwin Hospital **-** The major hospital in the north and north-east for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Modbury Hospital **-** A general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.
