**Here are the perks and finer details**:

- Hourly rate - $35 to $40 per hour + super (Negotiable and depending on qualifications and experience)
- Permanent full-time position - 38 hours per week
- Brand new centre located in Geelong
- 118 Approved Places
- Administration-based role
- Hours of service: 7:00am to 6:00pm
- Shift hours may vary between open and close shifts
- Caters to children 6 weeks to 6 years

**About the role**:

- You will be the right hand to the Director.
- You will support the day-to-day management of the service, including enrolments, parent tours, orientations and reception.
- As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for administration duties, along with providing support to the team when required.
- This role is a progression opportunity for someone looking for their next step in Early Childhood.

**What you’ll come with**:

- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood
- Experience in a leadership position
- Knowledgeable on different computer software's including Xplor.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
