BGIS is a leading provider of integrated facility management services, specializing in the management and operation of critical infrastructure facilities. We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a **Transport **Driver **at **Singleton Defence Base.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and maintain various types of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks, to transport personnel and equipment within Singleton Defence Base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving on base and public roads.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials as required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while ensuring punctuality and efficient transportation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must be an Australian Citizen due to security requirements at Singleton Defence Base.**:

- Possess a valid and unrestricted Australian driver's license (minimum Class C or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience in operating a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with personnel and visitors on base.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and security clearance processes.
