**Maintenance Person**

Quest Ivanhoe is a 56 apartment property located in an idyllic pocket of Melbourne's northeast.

At Quest Ivanhoe, we’re on the lookout for a new **Maintenance Person/House Person** to join its team on a casualbasis working 18-25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.

**The Role**

Involves providing general maintenance of apartments, property grounds, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment to ensure positive experiences for our guests and the safe and efficient operation of the property.

The role also includes House Person duties such as some cleaning, stocking of amenities, and any other reasonable jobs that may be required.

Will demonstrate pride in their work, a high level of attention to detail, excellent time keeping, an approachable, friendly demeaner, flexibility, maturity to work unsupervised, a strong appreciation of workplace safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have **entitlements to work in Australia.**
