The Ward Clerk plays a key role in ensuring wards are provided with appropriate clerical and administrative support to maximise delivery of the Western Health Best Care Framework. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and who can work effectively in a high pressure environment with changing and competing demands.

To be Successful in this Role you
- Have well developed communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a large administrative workforce
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build strong mutually supporting teams.
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing environments with flexibility and agility
- Experience in the healthcare sector in a similar role
