**BOOK KEEPER / OFFICE ASSISTANT**
- **PART TIME**_
EXCITING POSITION EXIST FOR EXPERIENCED BOOK KEEPER / OFFICE ASSISTANT.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- General Accounting duties (processing invoices, assisting AR/AP, reconciliation)
- Assist with developing accounting policies and internal controls and processes
- Answering phones & assisting clients.
- Accounting background ( preferred but not essential )
- Good with numbers
- Good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise work tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Christmas bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
