We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Planner to join the Resource Planning team to help ensure that there are sufficient resources available for BAU activities and more complex resources requirements.

This is 5-6 month fixed term contract opportunity, providing the opportunity to work close to home with parking onsite.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining the capacity planning module, unavailability registers and technician registers to support the Metering Deployment teams
- Analysing Field Service Provider (FSP) supply forecasts and securing the required FSP Field Resource Capacity and associated Field Technicians mobilisation plans necessary
- Ensuring that agreed field capacity with the FSP, onboarding and availability of field resources with all attributes are accurately captured in the system for efficient (automated) scheduling and dispatching execution.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting their implementation.

**Qualifications**:
**Who we are looking for**

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Previous Customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment.
- Analytical skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- You will also have a continuous improvement and a problem-solving mindset.
