**Housekeeper for holiday homes and apartments required - Noosa to Sunshine Beach**

We are looking for an Experienced Housekeeper to join our team. Ideally you will have worked in a holiday home or resort cleaning role and are after 2-3 days work per week. Our year-round work is based in Sunshine Beach, Noosa Heads, Noosaville and Little Cove.

Working hours are generally between 9am and 2pm (Monday to Friday) so this role would suit someone with school aged children (although the successful applicant will also need to be available during school holidays).

Why work for us?
- You will receive your weekly roster in advance for the upcoming week (Monday to Sunday);
- You will be paid fortnightly, at a competitive per property rate ($75-$160 per property cleaned);
- Should you be required to work on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, you will receive a 50% loading for Saturdays and a 100% loading for Sundays and Public Holidays (eg for a Sunday clean normally paid at $80, if scheduled on a Sunday you will be paid $160)

What do I need to have to apply?

~You Must have at least 1 year experience cleaning holiday homes or within a resort environment;
~ You Must have a reliable vehicle to travel from our storage unit and from property to property;
~You Must live on the northern end of the Sunshine Coast;
~You Must be reliable, hardworking and have attention-to-detail;
~You Must have your own equipment including a commercial vacuum cleaner and mop (we do supply cleaning chemicals);
~ You Must have a smart phone as we use a live, web-based system that gives you access to your weekly roster and job-specific notes;
