The newly established Omega Wellness Centre is in the Greater Springfield Specialist Suites on Wellness Way, Springfield Central, Queensland. The Wellness Centre provides a holistic approach through multidisciplinary services, these include psychology-based group therapy programs, 1:1 allied health and mental health nurse practitioner private practices, and medical specialists such as consultant psychiatrists and general practitioner (mental health specialist).

Omega Wellness Centre is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the position of **Mental Health Clinical Manager **to join our rapidly growing team of clinical and admin mental health specialists.

**Qualifications & requirements for this position**:

- Relevant undergraduate or post graduate tertiary qualifications in health or mental health evidenced by AHPRA registration or registration with relevant professional body or association.
- This may include any of the following professions, psychologist, mental health occupational therapist, mental health registered nurse, social worker, dietician.
- Must have clinical experience in the speciality area of mental health.
- Must have relevant clinical experience in the community and/or primary health settings.
- Experience of private practice or demonstrated understanding of private practice.

**Clinical experience and skills**:

- Experience in leading and the management of a team of allied health and mental health nurses
- Demonstrated experience in people management while support a multidisciplinary team
- Advanced communication and written skills
- Must have a strong customer service focus
- Effectively contribute to continuous improvement, policy and procedure development and review, mandatory training program, quality audits, incident reporting
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Contemporary knowledge and demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders
- Desirable to have experience in group facilitation of mental health group therapy programs (CBT, Relapse Prevention, DBT, ACT, mental health perinatal programs, ADHD but not limited to)
- Advanced clinical skills in mental health comprehensive assessment, triage and escalation of care
- Knowledge/experience in using cloud-based client management software (not essential, training will be provided)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $73,496.35 - $142,803.77 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
