**About the role**

We are looking for a Specification Consultant who will play a crucial role in fostering and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design teams in major builders and developers, influencing targeted developments and construction projects across Sydney, NSW

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design teams
- Identify and influence state-priority projects throughout the design and documentation stages
- Leverage Dulux Group's products for solutions in targeted developments
- Work with state-based influencing bodies such as AIA and DIA
- Offer technical assistance, create project specifications, and engage with sales and business development teams. Utilize in-house CRM for project tracking

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge and experience within the construction and architectural industry.
- Demonstrate success in high-level business development and sales.
- Proven experience in managing and developing professional relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen
