With the expansion of our practice comes the expansion of our team We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at our busy practice.
We are offering a full-time or part-time opportunity, minium 4 days per week (approx. 32hrs p/week)

Remuneration will be as per the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.

About the role

The Receptionist will:

- Coordinate the flow of patients through the practice
- Effectively perform administrative and clerical duties as required
- Undertake tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate as an active member of the team
- Maintain clinic environment and aesthetics
- Be organised, well-groomed and punctual
- Demonstrate clear speaking and effective written communication skills
- Prioritise daily activities to ensure optimum standards are maintained
- Have a professional approach with a focus on customer service

About you

Essential skills and qualities:

- Reception or medical experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Be organised and pay close attention to detail
- Be a caring, team player
- Have a positive approach to workplace solutions
