We are looking for a **Web analyst** to play a pivotal role in the Marketing department (100+ ppl).

If you want to work in a huge online business (250+ mln users) in a truly international company (collaborating with our colleagues in Australia, Japan, the USA, and others) with a vast portfolio of products (50+) and a large budget for marketing, this position is for you

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Manage and improve the tracking & web analytics infrastructure (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
- Create and maintain documentation related to data layer / server-side implementation requirements
- Identify product CJM and set up micro-conversion measurement and funnel drop-off
- Develop, maintain, and improve the processes for tag requests/approval and management
- Diagnose issues with existing configurations/tags, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collect and deploy audience segments from marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Drive actionable insights from those data sources to improve paid media performance
- Provide analytical support and supervising of A/B testing
- Analyzing the effectiveness of landing pages, and developing proposals to improve their effectiveness
- Help analyze and simplify large data sets for the marketing team to understand market and campaign trends and make informed marketing decisions to drive business growth
- Maintain and validate customer marketing campaign data, build data visualization for ongoing reporting, presentation, or documentation
- Cross-team collaboration with analytics to capture data needs to drive business decisions

**We expect from you**:

- Ability to adjust and work within the Australian time zone
- 3+ years of experience in companies where the web is an important part of the business and data and analytics are keys to marketing success
- Experience of working in an international company (with communication in English)
- Similar position with similar tasks, with highly loaded websites Russian
- fluent/native
- English B2+ (to be able to communicate with our Australian colleagues, in particular)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as GTM and GA4
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to create tracking tags and implement them on websites
- Ability to create dashboards and reports to track key metrics (Looker)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and regression modeling
- Proficiency in creating funnel reports and tracking product events

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with advanced web analytics techniques such as heatmaps
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in SQL or other database querying languages
- Familiarity with data integration and data warehouse solutions
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Experience with mobile app analytics and tracking
- Expertise in data privacy and GDPR compliance
